Whether or not that makes them "racist" is a matter of terminology.
It's also probably true that:
:-Race is a factor in selecting a candidate for many non-black voters. :-More people support Obama over Hillary on account of race than vice versa. :-No black candidate would have a hope in hell of the Republican nomination.
