12. Gephardt can't deliver.
Nice man, had a good career. But he didn't deliver in 2002, and he was very weak in the primaries. I don't think Kerry will be looking to handicap his campaign. However, he could become Sec. of Labor in the new administration. As a pro-union democrat, I'd think that would be a good move. Clark would be best as Sec. of State. Edwards as Att. General."Unite the tribes, Johnny!" Kerry needs to show that he is serious about changing the course that our nation is on. That means showing respect to all of the forces that came out in the primaries. Yes, we need Dean! Health & Human Services. (I am aware that there have been problems with similar administrations in the past. But there have been successes, too. We do not have the luxury of having administration officials who are petty, jealous, vicious snakes! And the democrats included here can work together for the common good.)
