And they both had valid reasons for doing so. And there's no better evidence of that than the fact that the party machine chooses to install a nominee who voted in lock step with the Bush Agenda for the last three years.

Which means that it's actually Kerry who is against the Democratic party. Dean just wants to restore it, and the country to what they used to be before all this selling out to the global corporatist fascists took over both parties.
