Trying to read into carefully worded legal rhetoric is far from engaging in a conspiracy theory. It's called being smart. They don't call it politics for nothin. A candidate may try to sound "presidential" but that shouldn't excuse what they are saying.

Go read the transcript about Kerry's Health Care proposal for interest, and do the math. Listen to how he doesn't regret his IWR vote. Note how he responds Kucinich's question about the 40,000 troops that Kerry wants to build in his first 100 days in office (but, read the article below). This doesn't sound like someone preparing for a pullout plan in Iraq and worldwide imperalism to me.
