40. He believes that he can do a better job of running it than bush

Where bush has been stingy with the oil and related loot n' booty, Kerry believes it can be used to good effect as an "incentive" to persuade other countries to join the US in achieving America's military and financial objectives regarding its properties around the globe. In the case of "Pro-US" Arab countries, traditional Sunni-Shia rivalries are an added bonus, and will be useful in the liberation of Iran, too. It is not clear whether he will deploy US or Israeli resources to Syria.

Kerry is opposed to the fundamental principle of capitalism that a day's labor should be worth at least a day's survival, and has pledged to empower low income people to use their cash on hand to purchase medical treatment and get an extra tax break at year's end.
