and in order to get a sense of what's going on nationally you have to look at ALL parts of America.

Seattle is just one of my many hundreds and hundreds of thousands of different and wide ranging sources I read up on, listen to, and watch on TV.

You're right, Seattle isn't as liberal as everyone thinks, but it is a whole lot more liberal than the rest of Washington state.
