Well, except for the low tax part, it certainly looks like we're headed in that direction. Here in AR, our legislators just finished congratulating themselves for one of the largest tax increases in the state's history. So that they can throw more money at our failing schools, in fact.

That's one of the reasons all the "forget the south" really bothers me. I just can't wait until the governor's election. I am just counting the days...
