How the hell does this describe Hillary?

“a change agent,” “a proven agent of positive change” and “a lifetime advocate of a change agenda.”

Where? When? How? What change has she been a proven agent of? What agenda has she been a lifetime advocate of? The frame is empty. It just doesn't describe her career as a full time legal wheeler-dealer at the Rose Law Firm and first lady of a small and fairly underwhelming state, as the first lady of US (other than her Health Care initiative that failed because she played it so secretively that she lost the support of the Dem majority)or as a play-it-safe, follow the DLC line Senator. If she's worked so hard for change, what has she done about it? The words don't match the person everyone knows.

I don't think the framing will work, no matter who delivers it, because the it isn't congruent with the candidate's history. Effective frames fit both logically and emotionally -- and can change people's minds because they fit, not because they sound good.
