"Dean is still on the ballot in Texas. If Dean receives 15% in any Senate District election on March 9th, he will probably win a national delegate. Dean supporters are also still eligible to caucus for him and be elected as delegates for Dean. Some of us may now choose to support other candidates who are still vying for the nomination. We will respect your decision. However, the Dean for Texas effort will work to assist Dean supporters who wish to move through the system under Gov. Dean’s banner to take our rightful place among those setting policy, electing party officers, writing our Party’s platform, and being Dean delegates though all levels of conventions including Boston."

IMHO...it does seem a little different from what you got.
