Wisconsin is among a minority of states that hold open primaries, allowing people to vote for any candidate they choose, regardless of party affiliation.

The couple plans to cast their votes for Bush in November’s general election.

“I think he’s doing a great job,” Andrew Stecker said. “We are in a war, but he had to do it. If he stays in there, we can get it turned around without tax hikes.”
