and my support for him predates my support for Dean.
Dean might make a comeback if Kerry goes down, but he himself has been grievously wounded in the last month. Don't think the party leadership would go for it, but I think Al could be a godsend if it were worked out somehow. Since Al endorsed Dean, maybe he could be the VP candidate.
Just a thought. I would be very disappointed if neither Gore nor Dean has a chance to lead the country.
