I mean, this is someone who, despite speaking English as a first language, couldn't figure out what chimpy meant when he first agreed with Frist about an anti-gay marriage amendment. And he somehow finds it in his heart to forgive Scalia for his homophobic proclamations as long as Andy gets his tax cuts, week longs in Provincetown, and and personal ads.
