Stop the O'Reilly clock! [View All]

Somewhere on the web there is a clock counting the seconds since O'Reilly said he would apologize if no WMDs were found.

I was stunned to see this on Yahoo:

" Popular conservative television news anchor Bill O'Reilly, usually an outspoken Bush loyalist, said on Tuesday he was now skeptical about the Bush administration and apologized to viewers for supporting prewar claims that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction.

"I was wrong. I am not pleased about it at all and I think all Americans should be concerned about this," O'Reilly said in an interview with ABC's "Good Morning America." "

It sounds as if he really has apologized, and if so, I must give him credit for that.

If O'Reilly is truly starting to wise up about how * cannot even claim to be a good conservative, then there is hope for all our candidates. I hope one of them will find a way to work this into his stump speech.
