6. Here is my answer
Party officials noted the major city of Portland, where Dean was expected make a strong showing, had not yet reported its results when the count ended for the evening. The state party said it would resume the count this morning.

This is unbelievable in the most literal sense of the word. They quit counting for the night? Just what the heck is up with that? BTW Portland has over 63k people in a state with 1,250,000 or around 5% of the total population. This defines irresponsibility. The quit counting for the night. I am appalled.
