90. Cf. AP wire with very similar numbers . . .
http://customwire.ap.org/dynamic/files/elections/2004/primaries/by_state/ME_Page.html?SITE=YAHOOELN&SECTION=POLITICS#TOP

President - - 519 of 649 precincts reporting
Name Party Votes Pct Delegates
John Kerry Dem 6,842 45.1% 15
Howard Dean Dem 3,960 26.1% 9
Dennis Kucinich Dem 2,382 15.7% 0
John Edwards Dem 1,187 7.8% 0
Wesley Clark Dem 564 3.7% 0
Uncommitted Dem 191 1.3% 0
Al Sharpton Dem 26 0.2% 0
Other (WI) Dem 6 0.0% 0

Note that it lists DK with 2382 (not 2383) for 15.7%.
That should result in at least one delegate if not more but AP continues to show 15/9 split between Kerry/Dean. Seems to me that if DK maintains greater than 15% he should get 3-5 delegates.
