A lsting is given, with names, gender, phone #, city. There is a "ticker" for "Complete Call". Click on it and you get a pop up box with that one name and number, what to say, and if they are voting for Clark or who their first and second choices are. Then there is a response field so you can record what was said, etc.
As you finish the call, the list gets shorter.

Stay as close to the script as the caller will allow. SOmetimes, if a person sounded hurried, I asked if I should call back later, but I'm usually able to get the words out "Hi, my name is Ilsa, and I'm calling from XXX Texas because I'm a supporter of General Clark for President, and I hope you are giving him serious consideration in Tuesday's primary." This is usually enough for them to respond to with a "Me too! I love Gen. Clark!" or something like that.

Give them a chance to make their statement. You may not need to spend much time on the call, especially if they're indicating they are fully behind Clark or working on another campaign!
