7. No one is going to be perfect, guys!
I'm not even sure where my husband puts our stock...and I can't get him to stop shopping at Wal-mart. In any case, I am very progressive. Yet I must remember that the money I donate to liberal/progressive causes came from my husband's years as an engineer in the oil and gas industry. Nothing is going to be squeaky clean. But I do get a kick out of thinking about what some of those executives would think if they knew where my money was going. Anyway...sometimes it is better not to sell. That way you can put pressure on the company to change its practices.
