It all depends on how they frame the question. For instance, if the question is "Do you support President Bush's terrorist surveillance program?" you're going to get pretty strong concurrence from the sheeple. Make it "Do you support President Bush violating the Constitution and statutory authority by his warrantless wiretapping and data mining of Americans?" and you're going to get diametrically different results.
