8. I do understand that
And I am not going to judge Kerry by the size of his list ;). However, if I am going to support him, I want to be able to point to specific things he has done as proof that he can get things done.

I must confess that one of my biggest concerns about Kerry is exactly what you said in your first sentence. I understand that he has been limited due to reasons not of his own making, but I do not think voters will care about that. If he cannot stand in front of people and say this is what I have done, then I think he will be viewed as a talker and not a doer. Let me stress that I am just expressing my concerns, I am not trying to bash Kerry.
