I mean, Joe Wilson is this handsome, dashing, well-spoken, jet-setting diplomat.

Contrast that with George, a drunken fratboy who can't string 5 words together without pausing to mentally congratulate himself, and who is about as dashing as a sack of roofing nails.

And Valerie Plame is this attractive CIA secret agent *swoon* who is jetting around doing clandestine work for the USA!

Contrast that with Laura, a frumpy, failed librarian, with what looks like a scorching Xanax problem.

Jealousy? I think there might be just a *little* bit at work here.
