The horror of Vietnam was on the 6:00 news every night. You saw the wounded and the coffins with flags. People were already pissed off, and justifiably so, but seeing the reality in their living rooms fueled the anger.

The mind numbed masses who believe what FAUX, MSRNC, and the Corporatist News Network tell them. And they aren't showing the carnage. Sure they know there are hundreds of thousands of troops "somewhere", but it's all in some far off remote world, and now we can get back to Laci Petersen, Kobe Bryant, and Janet's tits. Ya know, the really important stuff :eyes:
