this was in conversation with Tom Brokaw. I know, I know, about packing the Supreme Court but.......this will be very interesting and I am going to say right now, I don't think it will come out the way you think. I know, I know don't get your hopes up but..................this is different and a clear violation of law, and no one else but the Bush administration had anything to do with the decision. So repub congress men can really go forward with their conscience and the Supreme Court can too.
