8. He counseled Jeb Bush on how to overturn a vote if it couldn't be cooked
This was in Florida in '00. It shows an immoral lack of respect for the very foundation of our government: the right for people to vote and the obligation for others to abide by the results.

He strategized about ways Jeb could "constitutionally" overrule a popular vote for Gore if they weren't successful in stuffing the ballot boxes and finding other ways to steal the election. This strikes at the heart of the issue: the man is too unethical, immoral and anti-pluralist to be on the Supreme Court.

The spirit of the law is the issue, and he's shown complete scorn for it.
