Madam Albright managed to deal with some massive changes in the world, she maintained America's respect, while dealing with domestic attacks. As SecStates go, she ruffled some feathers, but most of the world not only appreciated her, they appreciated her president. She had no qualms about telling Bill "No."

Missy two shoes Rice has managed to ingratiate herself into the brain processes of her fellow sports fanatic, the current president. She studied the USSR. She wrote a paper on the USSR. She has a boat named after her, by the same moneyed powers that put Bush into office. She had a spotty, if not failed, stint as NatSec Adviser to the same president. She ignored the warnings leading up to 9/11. She forgot to think through the cost of improper preparation and planning for the Iraqi invasion. She failed to ever study the Israeli-Palestinian problem. She ignored how Islam directs much of what goes on in the middle east, and therefore in the world. Worst of all she "tutored" Bush in his entire understanding of the world.

So, 20 yrs from now, who will be judged the better Sec of State?
