14. 1996 (Now Swing) States w/ Strong Popular Votes for Bill
The following states are swing states (or maybe) that were strong for Clinton (50% or close --- he won many swing states, but with less than 50% due to a good showing by Perot, maybe those states should be included here?):
ARKANSAS 53.7% LOUISIANA 52% PENNSYLVANIA 49.2% WEST VIRGINIA 51.5% WISCONSIN 48.8%
How about Bill also going to Louisiana and West Virginia?
