He said he contributes where he can, writing an article for a paper and giving a talk to groups. He said he's only interested in helping where he can.
He didn't appear eager to be back in government. But I personally doubt that. These guys are political animals. I bet that given the chance, he's be back if asked. But that's just my thoughts without anything much to back it up.
