In just the last 2 days, we've been bombarded with vicious attack ads against Frankin by powerful Coleman supporters making MN the biggest battleground Senate Race.
See: http://www.electoral-vote.com/evp2008/Senate/Maps/Oct21-s.html

Here are 4 ways you can help:
(1) K&R this post
(2) Volunteer at www.colemanfiles.com - MN DFL has been fighting very hard for Frankin
(3) Donate at www.colemanfiles.com
(4) Print out the following, make copies and do literature drops :

NORM COLEMAN: THE SENATE’S “EXTREME MAKEOVER” CANDIDATE

This is an inspiring true story of a Senator from Minnesota trying to transform his image from one of the top biggest supporters of the Bush Administration to an "Independent." FACT: Remember when he first ran for office pretending to be a “Democrat” and then switched to “Republican” after he got elected? Well, it looks like history may be repeating itself

What is Norm Coleman hiding in his closet? Visit www.colemanfiles.com and: www.candidatemakeover.com/doors.html to find out. Here is a preview:

1. TOP BUSH BUDDY -. As a primary cheerleader for the Bush-Cheney administration, Coleman backed Bush on every major issue from the economy to Bush’s failed Iraq War strategy. In some recent years, Coleman voted with Bush 98% of the time. Called George Bush “Part of God’s Answer.” Coleman was designated as one of Karl Rove’s “Principal Defenders” in Congress. Senators have described him as “Attack dog” for Bush.
2. ECONOMY - Together Bush and Coleman increased our national debt to over 9 Trillion Dollars. Voted to give 40 billion to companies sending our jobs overseas and 300 billion to the drug companies. Also wants to spend another trillion to privatize social security!
3. FAILED TO INVESTIGATE WAR PROFITEERING – Norm Coleman held zero hearings as chairman of a Senate Committee on Investigations while over $13 Billion Meant for Reconstruction was Wasted or Stolen. Coleman failed to hold contractors like Halliburton accountable for overcharging in Iraq while he took money from Halliburton.
4. COLEMAN’S ACTIONS HAVE REPEATEDLY HARMED ENVIRONMENT - To get re-elected, Coleman is now claiming to be this genuinely concerned environmentalist but his actions as Senator reveal just the opposite. Coleman has sided with Big Oil time after time, and has taken nearly $265,000 from oil and gas interests. He strongly supported the Bush-Cheney plan to give billions in tax giveaways to oil and gas companies and even Voted Against Renewable Energy Sources and Against Reducing Dangerous Greenhouse Gases. Drafted Plan To Strip Control of Carbon Dioxide Emissions; Carbon Dioxide Would Not Be Considered A Pollutant Under Coleman’s Idea.
5. HEALTH CARE - Coleman Voted For a Prescription-Drug Bill That Barred Medicare from Negotiating Lower Drug Prices, Barred Cheaper Drugs from Canada. Has voted against measures that would have covered more uninsured Americans, including children. Coleman Has Taken More Than $327,000 from the Pharmaceutical Industry.
6. EDUCATION - While college tuition continues to skyrocket, Coleman has repeatedly put tax breaks for corporations and the wealthy ahead of Minnesota students, voting to cut taxes for corporations while at the same time cutting college aid and raising taxes for students. Also cast crucial vote for largest student-loan cuts in history
7. MORE: (a) VETERANS - Voted against $65 billion to help veterans; (b) CORPORATE WELFARE/ SUPPORTER OF SPECIAL INTERESTS - Has Taken More Than $507,000 from Big Banks, Financial-Services and Credit-Card Companies; ranked 2nd In Senate For Privately Financed Trips (c) SENIORS - Coleman repeatedly opposed allowing medicare to negotiate prescription drug prices; Took hundreds of thousands from pharmaceutical industry. Wants to privatize Social Security.
.
LETS NOT BE FOOLED AGAIN WITH MORE LIES!
