This line from conservatives just kills me. ABC World New's version of "post-debate analysis" tonight was to interview Mark Halperin. Honestly, that's it. They would show him clips, and he would respond. The clips chosen really made Palin seem better than she had been...they pointed out Palin getting the General's name wrong, but almost seemed to fault Biden for not correcting her on it. Halperin said that Palin showed that she's not some great policy expert, but she's a GREAT communicator, like Bill Clinton and Ronald Reagan! He also thought that Palin saying that any criticism of Bush was just "looking in the past" was a "BRILLIANT move!" Brillant move?! I thought it made her look absolutely ridiculous, but that's Halperin for ya I guess.
