My mom, who died this past May, was a constituent of John Doolittle. She lived in Yuba City, before she moved in with me here in Florida, after she became very ill. While she was in California, she vowed to do whatever she could at her age of 83 to see that Doolittle was defeated. She told me that he was such a crook and so was his wife and that it was almost impossible to get the old folks where she lived to see that. But, she was very persistent. Some even started to agree with her. Anyway, I haven't kept up with his race for the House. What's going on there? Does his opponent have a chance? Can anyone out there give me some information?
