Man follows bicyclist home and pulls gun for 'standing slightly off-center' in line.

A Jacksonville man is charged with aggravated assault after a customer was followed out of the Fort Caroline Road post office and threatened with a gun.

The suspect got into an argument with the 33-year-old man because he was standing slightly off-center of the customer service line Thursday, according to his arrest report.

As the 33-year-old bicycled home, the suspect pulled up in a truck, got out and brandished a handgun. The victim got away without being hurt.

Police located Perry R. Frasier, 51 at the Reed Island Drive address listed on a package he dropped off at the post office.
