3. Absolutely correct!!!
I'm almost of a mind that I'd rather have the Senate than the White House. The Senate can stop criminal legislation and, most important, call hearings with subpoena power and open up the damage that Bush - and the neo-con controlled Republican Party!!! - did to all of us. Even if the House stays Republican, the heat from Senate hearings will force their hands to act - on impeachment! Wouldn't that be delicious.

And don't wait until we have a nominee. All Democrats, whether running for the White House or not, should be screaming RIGHT NOW about everything these thugs have been doing for years; from the economy, public health, energy, corporate give-aways, media, re-districting, breaking into private computer files, Patriot Act, judicial nominees, TIPS, Repub campaign contributors with off-shore tax havens doing business with blacklisted countries, the destruction of America's reputation in the world, environment, the revolving door of lobbyists - to public service - to lobbying again, and awarding contracts to companies caught defrauding the government, - And that's my short list!

START NOW!!!!
