80. I've always thought Stern is one of the best voices in the media

Kinda the way I like Larry Flynt.

Kinda the way I like the Internet.

Howard is one of the FEW voices in the media that doesn't just do all puff pieces and garbage. He asks real questions and gets real answers from people. He was doing person-to-person media way before the Internet showed us how much better this is than corporate media.

This week, Howard attacked Bush for over an hour. That's the REAL reason why Commie Channel pulled his show. The n**gger remark was just a dodge.

I'm gay and my boyfriend's black and we've TAPED Howard for many years. We LOVE all the times he makes fun of homos and colored people. Why? Because he does such a bad job of it. Because he does it in a transparently third-grade-level kind of way. Because his so-called bigotry so obviously stems from his own sense of inadequacy. He is insanely jealous of the "homos" (he thinks they get to have more fun) and he constantly wishes he were better endowed (the way he imagines black men are).

This is called satire. Too subtle for a lot of people - even for a lot of his fans - but we get it.

Rush and Stern could both very well be closet homos with small dicks. The amusing part is that Howard lets you think this - whereas Rush desperately tries anything to cover up his sense of inadequacy.

This is a major turning point in American history, when Howard gets banned from the radio.

Just remember - it was because of his Bush-bashing - not because some caller used the "N" word.
