nothing to fear.

If you are on medications, display behavior that could endanger others, have a bad temper, etc., then you may have concerns.

But think about it as them protecting you. By subjecting the other employees to the same structure, you're protected from some nutcase shooting the place up in retaliation for having been looked at cross eyed on a Wednesday.
