I was doing a little reality TV research for a possible screenplay which I may or may not continue writing. There's a magazine called Reality Check which has some decent behind the scenes stuff (though it's really fluffy reporting and interviewing). I have to say that My Big Fat Obnoxious Fiance has become a big guilty pleasure in my house, as well as Average Joe 2.
