27. steadily declining
when it used to be NBD (National Bank of Detroit), I had no problems. When it initially became Bank One, I had no problems.
Over the course of the past year, I have almost closed this damn account because Bank One's service is so shitty (whether you are in the bank or on the phone). They posted a $1700 check TWICE, which made all subsequent transactions bounce. I noticed the error and asked them to fix it,which they did, but it still took three more communications for them to erase all overdraft charges because of their mistake.

Never ONCE during this whole process did Bank One admit responsibility for this mistake or offer me ANY sort of apology. they suck.
