Moore was charged Nov. 3 by prosecutors who said four women complained that Moore exposed himself on Oct. 28 in separate incidents. Two incidents occurred at coffee kiosks, one near Rimrock Mall and the other in Laurel. Female employees at the kiosks said Moore pulled up in a white truck and was naked.
The drive-up coffee kiosks around here are designed so that the employee is basically forced to look downward into the customer's car. That is what makes Moore's actions seem a bit like creepy "flashing" to me.
But what the heck... let the guy take it to the Supreme Court. I want to see the "Law and Order" episode on this one! :D
