Still like cats. But face facts. Cats set the relationships in their terms.

Dog point of view: My human feeds me, takes care of me, and loves me. They must be a god.

Cat point of view: My human feeds me, takes care of me, and loves me. I must be a god.

Face it. Cats are not social creatures. They are solitary hunters that have been partially domesticated. Dogs are pack animals that have fully embraced humans as their pack. In fact there are some theories suggesting that dogs and humans helped each other along the evolutionary tree.

Cats can be friends, but dogs are best friends.
