I think as more women join up the franchise owners may rebel, if that's the case. I know the owners of mine aren't happy about the hours, they recently started opening at 6 AM.

I've wondered about this, but I think it's self defeating for them, because nearly all adult women work and so amny have kids that if they don't loosen up the hours, they will doom themselves to failure.
