3. I hate to say this..
but I agree. It's taken a downward path since Cheri O'teri, Chris Kattan, and Will Ferrell (!) left the show.

And what's sad.. I think that the actors are pretty capable, but the writing lately has stunk. The sketches either drag-on, or they're boring in the first place. This may be sacrilege to some (formerly myself included), but Mad TV has been putting SNL to shame lately.

I hate saying this since I've been such a big fan for so many years. And I hope that this is just a brief adjustment period, like the period between the Phil Hartman years and the Will Ferrell years.
