I told my 20 year old son the other day, that it was "hot enough to melt the gonads (not exactly what I said) off a brass monkey." Well, it was the first time he either heard me say it, or paid attention, but he just about fell out of the car laughing. I didn't think it was THAT funny, but there must be something to a 20 year old hearing his dad talk about brass monkey naughty bits.

Anyway, what is your favorite saying? Or better yet, make up a new one. Let's get inventive here.
