9. Not Specifically To Sleep, But I Can't If I Skip It
I take Elavil to help prevent migraines, and while it doesn't knock me out by any means, if I skip it, it makes it hard for me to sleep.

I wear a CPAP to help me sleep, or rather, to keep me breathing while I sleep. My apnea is severe enough that I can't sleep very long without it.
