6. Two things

Merge properly. If you have to stop, the apocalypse is upon us or you are doing it wrong.

If you are in the left lane and maintaining the same speed as someone in the right lane, you are probably ruining someone's day. I understand you are going the speed limit, but the left lane is for passing, not for forming a moving roadblock.
