8. Actually, and this explains a lot about me (I hope not),
seasons 1 and 2 of LiS never appealed to me; too serious in tone when you consider how perverse that show was*. 3 was always a bizarre hoot and "The AntiMatter Man" is of LiS's all-time greats.

I've seen Land of the Lost on the shevles too... I'll be netflixing those in May. :D

----
* Witness:

1. Daddy Robinson lets his oldest daughter go around on strange unmapped planets with Don West ALL the time.

2. Mommy Robinson is happy doing all the cooking and laundry (how sexist... Star Trek was so much more mature for the time and not trying to rip off Batman...

3. Dr Smith going around the same unmapped planets with the little boy and calling the robot a "bonkers billowing boobie" (or whatever mincing term of the week he prefers to use) and you KNOW he's just got to be a pedophile. Or just gay, which is vastly preferable because not all gay men are interested in children. :puke: Indeed, the Robot always seems to say "Danger Will Robinson!" just as Smith turns the corner... (okay, that's bad...!)

I am so glad LiS tried to 'pull a Batman'. The show just falls apart when trying to take itself seriously.
