16. It was sketch comedy from the early 90s.

There was this show named The State on MTV that was their (pretty good, actually) attempt at a sketch comedy show. There was a continuing sketch about this guy who was like the life of the party, and everyone at parties would think his one "line" was really funny and try to get him to say it. They'd go up to him at parties and hold up bowls of dip and stuff be like "artichoke dip?" and he'd go "I'M GONNA DIP MY BALLS IN IT!" and they'd do this over and over cracking up laughing. Ask anyone who's around like 30 years old and they'll probably remember it.
