120. I have trouble calling her a true serial killer---even though she may
technically be one (according to the technical definition). In my opinion, a serial killer is someone with an overwhelming urge to kill to satisfy their sexual needs.
Aileen Wuornos was a mjultiple murderer, but she did not have an overwhelming desire to kill for killings sake. She killed men who had abused her, and she killed men for money.
