Barbara Bush is not the mother of George W. Bush!

As the most gifted of the three pre-cogs, George W. Bush was essential. Without him, the other two pre-cogs wouldn't have seen the future use of WMDs by Iraq. However, his real mother wouldn't give permission for her son to be used as a pre-cog. So she had to be killed. Yes, George W. Bush's real mother was Anne Lively.
