The girlfriend of a buddy has just declared she is about to get breast implants. Feels she is "getting old" and needs the boost. Buddy seems uncertain about the whole thing. Says he's "never been" with a woman with implants.

Moi, I'm troubled by any woman who wants them and would like some perspectives from you wise ones out there who often provide points of views I would not come up with on my own.
