60. Lance's visit was about Cancer funding on his part BUT
The president who just the day before Lance arrived passed a rule that NO ONE could pass HIM while he was riding a bicycle. He Thinks that he beat Lance in bicycle racing. He also believes that he hit a triple because he was born on third base.
