WTF ??? - A Little Help Here...

I'm reading through another recently published piece on Rove\Plame (WSJ), and I come across a curious sentence.

What exactly are they saying here (in bold):

<snip>

Ms. Miller remains jailed over her refusal to cooperate. The grand jury's term ends in October, but could be extended for six months if prosecutors believe there is a reason to continue. Ms. Miller could face more time if prosecutors decide to seek criminal-contempt charges.

Mr. Rove's attorney, Robert Luskin, said that generally speaking, it wouldn't be unusual for a federal prosecutor to hold the current grand jury over. Mr. Fitzgerald could conclude that extending the investigation might yield little benefit since the grand jury has gathered so much evidence, said Theodore Boutrous Jr., a lawyer who has represented numerous media interests in the case. Victoria Toensing, another lawyer who has represented media interests in the case, said Mr. Fitzgerald likely is feeling pressure to wrap up the investigation quickly, given the fallout that is happening.

Among other things, prosecutors seem to be interested in whether administration officials' stories match those of the reporters they talked to. Mr. Rove, who has testified three times, has told authorities that he learned of the agent's identity from a journalist, or possibly another administration official who learned it from a journalist, according to a person familiar with his testimony.

What media interests in the case??? Are they talkin New York Times (Judith Miller)? Are their other media interests, and why would they retain Toensing???

Did I miss somethin here? :wtf:
