the damage was statewide,not just in the surf, my friend. There was alot of damage everywhere. More roofs than there are roofing companies.

Part of the problem with FEMA was corruption, some folks in S. Florida, where there was not alot of damage, filed bogus claims. Some of the people handing out the cash were too generous
